Making this beachy fabric...
(make that) a giant roll of beachy fabric...
and this giant pile of foam
into new cushions for my sister in law. These are the ones I really want to start and finish this past weekend, but I ended up getting sick instead. :( I finished one cushion during nap time yesterday and hopefully the next 15 go a lot faster!
Now you know what I'll be doing in my free time this week. Are you sewing up anything fun this week?
I hope to show you some progress with them in the next couple of days!

That fabric is so pretty!
good luck with that. :) The first one looks great!
If you have extra time, fabric & foam, I could use some cushions and since you're already in the groove... :) Good luck with that. There's a reason I keep putting outdoor cushions off!
Does your SIL know how lucky she is?!? Making cushions is a labor of love.
Ooooh how pretty! I so need to make some for our outdoor furniture. Your SIL is very lucky!
Jennifer :)
That looks like a gigantic project! Hope it goes well for you. The first one looks great.
what a lucky sister-in-law you have! I will be making progress on my king size string quilt blocks... at least that's the plan :)

Blessings!
Would you mind sharing the pattern or tutorial that you used? I need to make some of these as well and I'm having a hard time finding a tutorial for ones made this well.
LOVE that fabric. Sorry you were sick- dont yah just hate that.
Wow, that is a HUGE pile of cushions to cover!! I hope you get into a good assembly-line type of groove. And zippers on each one...you should get a gold star!
What is the Name and Maker of that GORGEOUS Beachy fabric. ....It has all my favorite colors and shapes.
I have a similar fabric by Michael Miller, and am making a whole cloth quilt out of it for my niece.

Thanks, everyone! I almost have 1/2 of the cushions made.
Kate: The fabric is from Robert Allen home. There's a name of Susan Sargent on the selvage, but no other numbers to help identify it. It's an indoor/outdoor fabric and it was purchased off ebay quite a long time ago by my sister in law.

I love your cushions! Where did you find the foam?
