a new quilt and time for a sale!

Another trip quilt
Yesterday afternoon was quiet and I was felt like starting a new project. I pulled some pretty fabrics and started cutting them for another Trip Around the World quilt. This time baby or toddler sized and a little bit larger blocks (3" square, if you're interested) than the one I finished up earlier this year. For some reason, I love these simple quilts and really enjoy working with the fabrics and looking at them while I'm sewing them together.

It's also time for a little sale in the twin fiber etsy shop! Use coupon code TWIN15 for 15% off your order now through Sunday, September 16.

Love the quilt. I have made a few quilts with 2 1/2 inch squares and love them. Yours looks great.

I'm amazed at how your rows line up all so well. Not just that but how it all looks so 'square'. No matter how much I pin or how careful I sew, my piecing never looks as good as this! What's your secret?!
